Last night the Board for the Great Lakes MAS Club had an excellent meeting and we have some updates we would like to share.

1.) We are officially the Region 5 Affiliate for our national club the Miniature American Shepherd Club of the USA. Our club represents Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky and we look forward to working with the many families and homes that love and enjoy our breed the Mini American Shepherd.
2.) We have established many of the nuts and bolts of being a formal organization, which will facilitate in our club hosting events for sport, performance, conformation, and training clinics to better support our members and breed.
3.)  We are in the process of designing a logo AND t-shirts to represent our club; we are all discussing some additional fundraising ideas and welcome additional input.
